Description

HEP-2121 is a solvent-free specialty heat-resistant epoxy resin. Its multifunctional structure enables complete crosslinking and provides enhanced performance compared with conventional epoxy resins.
Features: excellent adhesion, thermal stability, chemical resistance and reflow-soldering performance.
